Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or use our 'Order Lookup' tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the items, including all original cases, authenticity cards, and cleaning cloths, into the original shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid DHL/FedEx return label provided in your email to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the authenticity and condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
